 Join us for a unique chair yoga retreat at Won Dharma Center, where the chair serves as a stable, supportive base—but never a limitation. Whether you practice seated, standing, or move freely without it, the chair offers a grounding presence, allowing you to explore balance, strength, and fluidity with confidence. This retreat blends movement, breath, and inner awareness in a way that’s both accessible and expansive, inviting you to deepen your practice in a space of ease, exploration, and possibility. When you leave this retreat you will have a solid, safe routine that you can confidently practice on your own.

Hannah E Casey

Master Yoga and Meditation teacher who has brought her holistic approach to luminaries, artists and actors across the nation. Julia Roberts, Madonna, Deepak Chopra, Jessica Seinfeld, Martha Stewart, and many more have benefited from Hannah’s teachings and now you have an opportunity to learn from Hannah too.

     Experience traditional yoga postures to improve your energy, strength, flexibility, and balance. Including breathing techniques, chanting, and learning to incorporate breathe into movement for flow and ease.

    Chair-based strength training focuses on building upper and lower body strength, activating core muscles for stability, and practicing proper form and technique. Designed to boost cardiovascular health and muscle strength. This practice is adaptable and empowering.

    - The full yoga, meditation, and mindfulness program

    Meals are vegetarian and prepared with care, utilizing the freshest natural and local ingredients to support your health and wellbeing.


    Our weekend will be spent at the beautiful Won Dharma Center in Claverack, NY. The center is situated on 426 acres of rolling hills and fields offering 7 miles of hiking trails and panoramic views of the majestic Catskill Mountains.
