Hannah has honed her expertise in adapting traditional yoga poses and techniques to the chair, ensuring that yoga is not just a physical activity, but also a means of promoting mental and emotional well-being. Hannah’s unique approach combines the wisdom of ancient yoga with modern knowledge of anatomy, physiology and holistic health.
Hannah trained in Jiva Mukti and is certified to teach Yoga and Meditation through The Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center (Val Marin Canada 300 hours) and Om Yoga (NYC 200 hours). She is a certified level ll Shiatsu Therapist (The Ohashi Center NYC) and is a Certified Raw Food Nutritionist (Ann Wigmore Institute, Puerto Rico.) Hannah has also studied Thai Massage and is a Vipassana Meditation student with over
400 course hours.
