I am delighted to offer you a unique chair yoga experience that blends traditional yoga practices with mindful modifications. All classes are live on zoom and thoughtfully designed to improve your wellbeing. I'm passionate about the benefits of chair yoga and am committed to guiding you on your journey towards optimal health and wellness.
The perfect sustainable practice, 25 minutes of physical training- flexibility, strengthening, toning and balance exercises. Followed by 10 minutes of essential, stress reducing meditation to promote clarity, calm and contentment.

In-person Traditional Yoga with me at The WON DHARMA Center for Meditation Tuesday nights at 6pm (Beginning February 25th)
Zoom Stretch Mondays 8-8:35am, Zoom Chair and Dipity Saturdays 1-2pm
